How will the photos be judged?
Judges will select one winner each month. The winning image will be posted on the Florida
Tile Internet newsletter each month and made available throughout the year. All decisions by the judges are final and
binding. All winning entries are subject to confirmation of eligibility
and ownership by the entrant. Winners may be asked to provide a high
resolution copy of their entry. The judging panel will be made up
of Florida Tile employees.
The installations will be
rated on design, use of Florida Tile, and style.
Privacy Statement
Information obtained from the
contest entry will be displayed in the next month's newsletter. Other
than the above, information is not given, shared or sold to third
parties. Please take time to read Florida Tile, Inc.'s
Privacy Statement.
Contest Changes
Florida Tile, Inc. may make improvements and/or changes in
the contest or contest rules at any time.
Definitions
Florida Tile uses the words photos, photographs and images
interchangeably. Any conditions of this contest apply equally in
all three instances, regardless of the terminology used.
Limitation of Liability
By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Florida Tile, Inc.,
its affiliates and subsidiaries, its promotional partners and their
respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against
any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner
assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be
caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any
prize.
Florida Tile, Inc. Incorporated, their affiliates and subsidiaries and
their agents are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged,
illegible or misdirected e-mail, for technical, hardware or software
failures of any kind, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer
systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable
network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer
transmissions or any combination thereof which may limit a user's
ability to participate in the contest. Florida Tile, Inc. is
not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer
system/software related to or resulting from participation in or
downloading of any materials in this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY
AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND
CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, Florida Tile, Inc.
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Florida Tile, Inc. reserves
the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who
tampers with the entry process. In the event of a dispute regarding any
entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of
the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the person who
is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online
service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address).
Florida Tile, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical
failures destroy the integrity of the contest. If the contest is so
cancelled, any announced winner will receive the prize to which he/she
is entitled as of the date of the cancellation; if the prize is
unawarded, it will be donated to charity. This contest is subject to all
applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where
