Following the tradition of ancient artisans, these mosaics are made up of thousands of tiny stones, skillfully assembled to create each stunning work of art. Make a bold statement with the large 48"x48" Medallion or adjust a touch of individuality with the 16"x16". Two more sizes in-between for any taste, style or budget. Each is made of travertine with the Emporio series being a blend of travertine and limestone. > Natural stone floors that have been sealed with a water based penetrating sealer require little more than an occasional sweeping and damp mopping. (See manufacturer's recommendations regarding application schedule.) >Available to you on a mesh-mounted backing for easy installation and timeless beauty. Note, please do not remove the plastic protection until ready to install. >Since Pietra Art is a natural stone product, no claims will be accepted for variations in shade or appearance. Variation in color is an inherent part of natural stone and should be taken into consideration before installation. >To maximize the life of any natural stone floor, regular application of a water based penetrating sealer is recommended. >Mosaics feature water-soluble glue on the backing mesh that will not interfere with adhesion when used with water-containing installation adhesives.  Call or stop by a dealer near you.
