• Since Pietra Art Mexican Travertine is a natural stone product, no claims will be accepted for variations in shade or appearance.
• To maximize the life of any natural stone floor, regular application of a water-based penetrating sealer is recommended.
• Pietra Art Products are 100% natural stone quarried from mines of solid stone.  These stones are then cut and readied for the flooring market.  No two pieces of natural stone are exactly alike.  Although we make every effort to ensure consistent color variation, there is a large window of variation that is completely inherent in the production and distribution of natural stone products.  This variation is what gives natural stone products their distinctive appeal.  No two installations will look quite the same.  Each will have its own unique look and feel due to the uniqueness of each and every piece of "tile" used.
