The following are the system requirements to run the Virtual Design Center:
Personal Computer *
Windows 98/2000/XP**
Browser - Internet Explorer 4, 5, and 6; Netscape 4
Processor - Pentium 2 and up
Memory - 64 mb of RAM
Resolution - 800 x 600 and up
Settings - 16 true bit color and up
If you are using a popup window blocker software, you will need to turn it off to access the Virtual Design Center as the Virtual Design Center creates additional windows to operate.
* Macintoshes are not supported at this time.
** Windows 95 usually works, however, on slower connections, problems have been
experienced.

If you experience problems starting our Virtual Design Center, please email us at salesdept@floridatile.com and we will send you our CD-based version. In your email, please provide your street address and the following technical information so we can work on this issue.
- Are you getting an error message? What is it if so?
- Does the room not draw correctly?
- If you are using Internet Explorer, what version?
- What version of Windows are you using?
- Are there any other details that can help us troubleshoot this problem?
Note for AOL Users: AOL has a "Compress Graphics" feature that interferes with the operation of the Virtual Design Center.
To Change Your AOL Settings
Follow this path to change your default AOL settings to not compress graphicsClick Settings on the toolbar.
On the menu that appears click Preferences.
Click Internet Properties (www)
Select the Web Graphics tab
Select the Never Compress Graphics
Restart AOL to activate the new settings.Another option is to minimize your main AOL window.
Open a new Internet Explorer session and go to www.floridatile.com and choose the Virtual Design Center.
