Florida Tile Web Site Policy Document

1.)  All Florida Tile web sites conform to our posted Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is posted at www.floridatile.com.

2.)  Florida Tile, Inc. will use best efforts to maintain maximum uptime for the FTI Web site.  However, the user understands and accepts that the FTI Web Site may be inaccessible for a period of time on an unscheduled or scheduled basis for the purposes of maintenance, installation of updates, replacement of hardware or other activities related to the maintenance of the FTI Web Site.

3.)  Program or software design errors, maintenance, user error, hardware problems or unauthorized access to the FTI Web Site may result in the loss of user data.  FTI shall not be responsible for any loss of user data or any user damages arising from such loss.  FTI will employ and practice appropriate industry standard practices to try and prevent such losses.

4.)  Technical Support will be provided via email.  If you have a technical question, please contact us at VDSSupport@floridatile.com . Support hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. 

5.)  Our Complaint Resolution process will be provided via email.  If you have a complaint about the FTI Web Site, please contact us at VDSSupport@floridatile.com. 

6.)  Florida Tile reserves the right to terminate your usage of the FTI Web Site.  Notice will be given to the email address that is given when you register on the FTI Web Site.  At the end of two business days, your user id and designs will be deleted.
