With a $275,000 budget and seven weeks to deliver, every decision was designed to maximize appraisal.

They opted for a cozy lounge area with built-in bookshelves, perfect for game nights, instead of a dining area, seamlessly blending warmth and functionality for a welcoming atmosphere.
